POSITION
STANDING FREE
- Both feet in contact with the ground or object.
Rep Start
- Standing free behind the start line
- Sled behind the start line
Rep End
- Standing free behind the end line
- Sled behind the end line
Rep Requirement
- The sled can only be dragged with its attachments.
- The athlete can not touch the actual sled.
Cycle & Post Rep
- Continuous segments: rep end is a valid new rep start.
- Otherwise: the athlete may return to rep start in any controlled manner.
